Platinum: Full Planning and Coordination
- Includes all Partial Coordination Services, in addition to:
- Develop overall vision, design and color schemes
- Provide referrals and recommendations on all event vendors
- Schedule and accompany client to all vendor meetings and venues
- Assist in choosing, ordering and reviewing all stationary items
- Design ceremony elements: sequence, music, readings, etc.
- Devise floor plan and help with seating arrangement for reception
- Develop overall event budget and track vendors payments
Gold: Partial Planning and Coordination
- Includes all Day of Event Coordination, in addition to:
- Develop and track master checklist
- Provide etiquette and timeline structure
- Develop and track budget
- Confirm vendor availability
- Set up vendor meetings
Silver: Day of Event Coordination
- Contact all vendors to secure and finalize details
- Generate itenerary and schedules
- Coordination of rehearsals and run throughs
- Confirm all vendor arrivals and set up specs
- Oversee the set up of event spaces
- Organize the appropriate photographs
- Manage and distribute vendor payments and gratuities
Consulting Services:
Flair for Events understands that not every client needs all the services listed in our packages. For that reason, we do offer hourly consultation services that will give you the opportunity to get advice on the direction, and planning process for your special event. $75 per hour.
