SPONSORS ARE CHOSEN EACH MONTH BY THE EVENT OWNER.
YOU CAN ASK A DESIGNER MANAGER TO BE LISTED AS A POTENTIAL SPONSOR BUT THE FINAL DECISION IS TAKEN BY THE EVENT OWNER. DO NOT CONTACT THE EVENT OWNER TO BE SPONSOR.
IF YOU ARE SELECTED, IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU WILL BE LISTED AS SPONSOR EVERY MONTH.
Be sure you have received the "MEN ONLY by Flair For Events - Team" group and
that you have the designer tag.
Be sure you received the "MEN ONLY poster" and rez it in your store.
Be sure your poster is shared with your group land (do not deed, just share).
If you don't have an inworld store, please share the event in your picks.
From the 22nd to the 16th of each month, go at the Flair For Events office and pay a green box. You do not have to fill an application each month. By paying a box, your participation is confirmed in the next round.
Read the timeline carefully and write the deadlines in your calendar!

Designers setup starts (see setup section for more information).
You can send a notice in the group to bloggers with your item attached. There is no blogger room.
You can share your ad in the official Flickr.
You can share your ad in the official Discord.
You can share your ad in the official Facebook.
Deadline to pay a rental box. Rental boxes will be locked. If you want to participate, you will have to contact a manager.
19th of each month

Deadline to setup without extension fees.
Late fees (1,500L) will be applied on unclaimed booths.
20th of each month

Designer setup ends (see setup section for more information).

Rental boxes open for the next round. We will announce it in the team group.
To participate in a round, pay a green rental box at the Flair For Events office.
The blue rental boxes are for the sponsors or for those who reserved a booth in advance with the manager.
9th of each month

Unpaid reservations will be cancelled.
You can drop out at anytime but there is no refund, no exception.
Missing any deadline without prior communication with the manager, or disregarding the rules will result in being ejected from the event round.
We reserve the right to terminate participation if your products do not meet the event standards.
Copyrighted items of any form will be returned without any notice.
If you agreed to it in your registration form, your name will be added to our event database. You will receive application notices via the Flair for Events Designers subscriber.
You can opt out of the subscriber at any time by contacting a
member of the staff.
We allow (3) Types of Participation in our Event :
1. You can sell a previous release made for men from a past event.
The previous release from a past event should not be older than one month and be sold anywhere else (including your mainstore/marketplace) while the Men Only event is running. You don't have to make any modifications on it and you can sell it at the price of your choice.
2. You can update an older release with a new men rig.
The updated rig should not be sold anywhere else (including your mainstore/marketplace) while the Men Only event is running. You can sell it at the price of your choice.
3. You can create a new release made for men.
The new release should not be sold at your mainstore/marketplace while the Men Only event is running. You can sell it at the price of your choice.
Your item must be an exclusive to our event and cannot be sold at any other event or at your mainstore/marketplace. If you violate this rule, your booth will be returned immediately and you will be ejected from the group.
A collaboration is allowed if both designers are currently approved to participate in Men Only. For collaboration with a designer OUTSIDE of the event (i.e. they have not been accepted), a request for approval must be sent to a designer manager before the setup begins.
If your item or your booth decoration does not reflect the quality we are looking for, you may be ejected from the starting round, but a refund will be issued.
Each month we will be instituting a quality control policy. Each store will be re-evaluated to make sure they fit our brand and are up to our quality standard. Being accepted in one month does not guarantee continued acceptance. If you are ejected after a round, you can re-apply after three (3) month via the website.
You must emphasize & highlight men in your ad photos.
You are not permitted to advertise any Non-FFE events in your booth including: logos, posters, signs, notecards or landmarks. Landmark givers may only direct customers to your mainstore.
You must rez the event poster kiosk at your mainstore, or if you dont have a mainstore, create a profile pick at the event location.
You must accept the event group and read the notices carefully.
It is forbidden to use any copyrighted logos, patterns or style on your item. We will not accept items featuring branded names or logos such as Chanel, Adidas, etc. or copyrighted items such as Barbie, Disney, etc. Such items will be returned without notice.
We will not tolerate racism, sexism, or homophobia of any kind. Any designer who will not respect that will be ejected from the event.
There is no refund if you drop the event. No exception.
The setup starts every 16th of the month @ 9:00 AM SLT.
► You will need the group to enter the venue and to setup.
► The booths are not assigned. First come, first served.
► You can claim your booth at the venue and do your setup ONLY when you are ready to sell, i.e. with your new release item set for sale (ad excluded).
**EMPTY CLAIMED BOOTH OR SEMI-COMPLETED WILL BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY
► Old releases are accepted in your booth as long as they fit with the event theme or they will be returned without notice. Nothing outside your booth. Remove all scripts from decorations. No particles, spam or popup allowed.
► Drop your logo on the logo frame above your booth. The frames are shared with the team group, so you will be able to edit them.
► Everyone gets 100 prims.
The setup without extension fees ends every 19th of the month @ 12:00 PM SLT. After this time, late fees of 1,500L$ will be applied on unclaimed booths.
The final setup ends every 20th of the month @ 11:00 AM SLT. After this time, unclaimed booths will be closed. Setup after this time will not be allowed. All designers not ready at this time will be removed from the event without a refund.
